This is my newest contribution - part of a co-authored book of writers that I helped start called
the Writers Journey... Four years ago, many of them felt compelled to be mentored.
My "penfirend", Joan Silva and I helped them along there way, until they felt confident enough
to share their musings and thoughts.
So if you love Anthologies, here's one from our Writer's Journey group,
based out of Pittsburg, California.

Mary Elizabeth Jackson, a true pioneer girl, walked across the Oregon trail with her Ma and Pa, Joseph and Jane Jackson. Her experiences were unveiled in her own essay "Recollections of Crossing Plains" written at age 62 in 1914. These are true historical events from the words of a real "Pioneer Woman".
